Facilities Management Construction

The District Board of Trustees of The State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota ("Board") announces a Public Hearing to discuss SCF's intent to prequalify construction contractors, general contractors, construction managers and  design-build firms and the proposed policy, procedures and rules of prequalification.

The Public Hearing will be held in the Selby Room in the Center for Innovation and Technology Building at the Lakewood Ranch Campus located at 7131 Professional Parkway E., Sarasota, Fl 34240, on May 30, 2012 during the Board of Trustee's meeting.  The Meeting will begin at 8:00 am.

Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decision at this Public Hearing, they will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, they need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence which the appeal is based.
