Businesses and individuals interested in responding to the College's public solicitations will find all the information required to submit a sealed bid or proposal in the documents shown below. Businesses and individuals are not required to be registered with the College to respond to solicitations. Licenses and/or certifications, as required by Florida statutes, must be current and presented upon request.
| PROTEST: "Failure to file a protest within the time frame prescribed in S. 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes." All protests must be delivered, in writing, to the Director of Business Services and Public Safety, Building 7, Room 142, 5840 26th Street West, Bradenton, Florida 34207 within the time prescribed in Chapter 120, Florida Statutes to be considered valid. |

All meetings to consider responses to bids and proposals, and to make decisions concerning them, are held in strict compliance with Florida Sunshine law.
