Fall 2011 SCF Collegiate School Information Sessions Scheduled
(Bradenton, Fla., December 8, 2010) – Information sessions have been scheduled for Manatee County parents interested in enrolling their children, entering sixth grade in Fall 2011, in State College of Florida Collegiate School (SCFCS). Applications for students entering seventh or eighth grade also will be accepted for limited openings.
The information sessions will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan.12; Wednesday, Jan. 26; Thursday, Feb. 10; and Tuesday, Feb. 22, at SCFCS located at SCF Bradenton, 5840 26th St. West, building 19.
SCFCS is a tuition-free public charter school that provides students an opportunity to earn simultaneously a high school diploma and an associate's degree. As an innovative, technology-based school, SCFCS allows students to explore their potential, discover the importance of higher education and receive personalized coaching in a close-knit school setting.
