SCF and LECOM Students Participate in Simulated Training Exercises at MTSC

(Bradenton, Fla., April 22, 2011) – State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota (SCF) Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) students and Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) students participated in collaborative training exercises at the Medical Technology and Simulation Center at SCF Lakewood Ranch, 7131 Professional Pkwy. E., Sarasota.

The exercised combined the use of simulators and role playing to give students practice in communicating with patients' families and as physicians and nurses.
