Fall Term Began Aug. 22
(Bradenton, Fla., August 22, 2011) — State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota (SCF) enrollment will remain open for flexible schedule credit classes that start later than the Fall term, which began Aug. 22. Admission information is available on SCF's Web site at scf.edu/Admissions. Schedules can be viewed at scf.edu/ClassSchedules.
SCF offers associate degrees that prepare students to transfer to university programs, enter a professional career, or continue at SCF in select baccalaureate programs. SCF currently offers six baccalaureate programs with more being developed. Visit scf.edu/bachelors for more information.
Day and evening classes are held at SCF Bradenton, 5840 26th St. West; SCF Venice, 8000 S. Tamiami Trail; SCF Lakewood Ranch, 7131 Professional Parkway East; and at several off-site locations. Convenient online classes, including a complete Associate in Arts degree, also are offered through SCF’s eCampus. More information is available at scf.edu/Online.
Tuition rates at SCF are well below university tuition, and financial aid is available for qualified students. SCF associate degree tuition is $102.48 per hour for Florida residents and $386.52 for nonresident students. SCF’s baccalaureate level tuition is $113.64 for in-state students and $443.64 for nonresident students.

• Saturday, Aug. 27: For fall term classes beginning Aug. 22-27, the last day for students to add/drop classes (online until 11:59 p.m.) with a refund. No refunds after Aug. 27.
