Korean War Veterans Present “Tell America” at SCF Venice
(Bradenton, Fla., November 7, 2011) —State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota (SCF) History/Political Science Club and Veterans Exchange Club will host a presentation by local Korean War veterans from 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, Nov., 15, in the Selby Room at SCF Venice, 8000 S. Tamiami Trail. The event is free and open to the public.
The Korean War Veterans Association’s “Tell America Program” is designed for veterans to tell the story of the Korean War and help citizens understand the meaning of freedom.
Reservations are not required, but seating is first come, first serve.
