SCF Traffic Safety Institute to Offer Mature Driver Courses
(Bradenton, Fla., July 12, 2012) — State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota (SCF) Traffic Safety Institute will offer mature driver courses this spring.
Courses are held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays at the following locations:
- Aug. 11, at Sarasota-TSI, 1991 Main St., Ste. 123
- Sept. 15, at SCF Venice, 8000 S. Tamiami Trail, building 800
- Oct. 13, at SCF Bradenton, 5840 26th St. West, building 18
- Nov. 10, at Sarasota-TSI, 1991 Main St., Ste. 123
The course requires that participants be 55 years of age or older and have a Florida driver’s license. Graduates of the course may submit the certificate of completion to their insurance company for a rate reduction. The course fee is $15.
