Enrollment Under Way for Fall 2012 Term
(Bradenton, Fla., July 18, 2012) – Enrollment is under way for Fall 2012 classes at State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota (SCF). First-time college students must make appointments for orientation prior to Web registration, which is available to all students who have completed the admission process. The last day new student applications, including readmission applications, will be accepted is Monday, Aug. 13.
The Fall term begins Monday, Aug. 20, and ends Thursday, Dec. 13. Admission information is available on SCF’s website at scf.edu/Admissions. View class schedules at scf.edu/ClassSchedules. Returning students may register online at SCFconnect.
SCF offers associate degrees with courses available at SCF campuses and online for students who intend to transfer to university programs, start a professional career or continue at SCF in select baccalaureate programs. SCF offers eight baccalaureate programs including international business and trade and technology management starting in Fall 2012. Day and evening classes are held at SCF Bradenton, 5840 26th St. West; SCF Venice, 8000 S. Tamiami Trail; SCF Lakewood Ranch, 7131 Professional Parkway East; and online at scf.edu.
Summer student services office hours at SCF Bradenton and SCF Venice are 8 a.m. – 6 p.m., Monday – Thursday. Extended student services hours from Monday, July 23, until Friday, Aug. 31, are 8 a.m. – 6 p.m., Monday – Thursday and 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Friday.
