Community Input Sought for Presidential Search
(Bradenton, Fla., December 12, 2012) – In preparation for a search for the next president of State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota (SCF), the SCF District Board of Trustees will hold community input sessions at SCF's three campus locations in Bradenton, Sarasota and Venice.
The purpose of the sessions is to hear input from citizens of Manatee and Sarasota counties regarding characteristics, skills and experience preferred in the next SCF president.
All interested community members are invited. Business partners and SCF alumni are encouraged to participate.
The community input sessions schedule follows:
- Tuesday, Jan. 8, 5 -7 p.m., at SCF Venice, 8000 S. Tamiami Trail, building 800, Selby Room
- Thursday, Jan. 10, 5-7 p.m., at SCF Lakewood Ranch, 7131 Professional Pkwy. East, Center for Innovation & Technology, Selby Community Room
- Tuesday, Jan. 15, 5-7 p.m., at SCF Bradenton, 5840 26th St. West, building 29, nursing auditorium
