SCF to Offer Certified Paralegal Examination Review Course in Fall 2014
(Bradenton, Fla., June 19, 2014) — State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota (SCF) will offer the online Certified Paralegal Examination Review Course Oct. 13-Dec. 11.
Offered as a noncredit or credit class, the eight-week course is open to participants
who are interested in getting a general overview of the various disciplines in law
or are preparing for the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) Certified
Legal Assistant/Paralegal (CLA/CP) examination. The course covers every area of law tested by NALA in the certification exam with an emphasis on online testing and memoranda writing.

The NALA CLA/CP certification, a nationally recognized certification for legal assistants and paralegals, is acknowledged by the legal community as a sign of professionalism and competence.
Participants must start the registration process early to be eligible for exams that are offered at SCF in January. SCF course tuition and fees do not include NALA test application or PSI testing fees.
