Community Input Sought for Presidential Search
(Bradenton, Fla., Oct. 4, 2007) - In preparation for a search for the successor to MCC President Sarah Pappas, who has announced her June 30, 2008, retirement, MCC trustees are holding a community listening session at the college's Bradenton campus.
The purpose of the session is to hear input from citizens regarding characteristics, skills and experience preferred in the next MCC president. A session was held Oct. 3 at MCC Venice.
All interested community members are invited. Business partners and MCC alumni are encouraged to participate.
The community listening session will be held Tuesday, Oct. 9, from 5 to 7 p.m., at MCC Bradenton, 5840 26th St. West, in the Nursing Auditorium, Building 29, Room 106.
