Job Seekers Boot Camp Offered

(Bradenton, Fla., July 21, 2008) - The unemployed or those seeking a job change can learn everything from what jobs are available to how to make the best impression in an interview in a "Job Seekers Boot Camp" offered by Manatee Community College (MCC) Workforce Solutions at MCC Venice, 8000 S. Tamiami Trail, Venice.  The classes, which may be taken independently or as a series, meet from 6 to 9 p.m., July 29 through Aug. 1.

The classes cover the most important aspects of a successful job search, including how to present oneself on paper or in person. They include:

·         What's New in the Job Market?;

·         Networking for a New Job;

·         Resumes That Work; and

·         Job Interview Secrets.
