Pharmacy Technician Certification
Hospital pharmacy technicians are expected to work under pressure and recall information at a moment’s notice. This module will prepare students for an advanced look as a pharmacy technician working in a hospital or institutional setting. Students will have the opportunity to complete 60 hours in the classroom learning about hospital pharmacy organization, work flow and personnel. Objectives for this module include medical and pharmaceutical terminology, safety techniques, inpatient drug distribution systems and performing aseptic compounding or parenteral admixture operations. This section will be taught by an industry pharmacist or certified pharmacy technician with specialty and experience in a hospital setting.

Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers
This course is designed for professional health care providers. The course is taught using a combination of lecture, video and hands-on mannequin demonstrations and practice. Participants' cards are valid for two years from the date of attendance. Dress comfortably. This is a hands-on course. This course is required for students in the nursing and health professions.
BLS Skills Assessment (Recertification only students)
