PROTEST: Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in S. 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes." All protests must be delivered to the Director of Business Services and Public Safety, Bldg. 7, Rm. 141, 5840 26th Street West, Bradenton FL. 34207 within the time prescribed in Chapter 120, Florida Statutes to be considered valid.
