Fingerprinting Process

All applicants/employees will need to fill out a VECHS Waiver Agreement & Statement form.  You can obtain these forms 4 ways:

  1. They are included in new hire packets (Adjunct, OPS).
  2. Human Resource Office front desk.
  3. Public Safety Security Office.
  4. Adjunct Coordinator Website (see link above).  

Once you have obtained one of these forms, fill it out and take it to the Public Safety Security Office located in the Student Union Building 14 Room 121 along with picture identification for fingerprinting. 

A Public Safety employee will process your fingerprints and take your VECHS Waiver Agreement & Statement form.
