Computing & Technology Resources The College's Computing & Technology Resources Department, located on the Bradenton Campus, provides a computerized Scantron test-scoring service to all faculty members, including adjuncts, during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with a 24-hour guaranteed turn-around time. With advance notice and by special arrangement, the service may be made available at other than normal hours. HELP Desk personnel are available between 5-7:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday, and micro-networking
technicians between 5-7:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday, dial pager number (941) 215-8323.
They are available until 12:30 p.m. on Friday. Also, if you experience computer problems
during times when the College or the Help Desk are closed you can reach a technician
by calling the pager or submit on-line Help Request. For Network and Banner Access or New Email Account fill out the Request For Access Form.
