"The purpose of the Career Employee & Professional Support Personnel Council(CEPSPC) (hereinafter "Council) at State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota is a non-governmental body whose purpose is to promote the welfare of career employees the professional support  personnel and the college as a whole; and to respond to the concerns of career employees  and professional support personnel in matters of common interest".
