Breaking News: Hafner Named New President of MCC
The Manatee Community College district board of trustees is conducting a search for the successor to MCC President Dr. Sarah H. Pappas, who has announced her retirement, effective June 30, 2008.
A search committee, made up of community members, faculty, staff, students and trustees, will assist in the search process. Feedback from public meetings about preferred characteristics and traits in the next president was used to help the board develop a candidate profile and job description.
Dr. Jeff Hockaday, an experienced presidential search consultant, was selected by the board of trustees to guide the search process. Dr. Jeff Hockaday: 919-718-9812; JFHockaday@charter.net.
