Access Technology

Emerging technology is central to the delivery of instruction for all students in our educational system. It is of greater importance to students with disabilities. Technology if adapted can help individuals overcome disabling conditions in schools and in the work place. Students with disabilities need to be made aware of the types of adaptive technology that exists and are in need of instruction in its use. The Disability Resource Center encourages students to avail themselves of adaptive technology and assists them in acquiring the necessary skills.
