Transient Students

A transient student is one whose primary school is an institution other than SCF, but who wishes to attend classes at SCF with the intention of transferring the credit hours back to the primary school.  Transient students seeking to be certified for VA benefits while attending SCF must present a letter from the primary school stating that the courses to be taken at SCF are applicable and transferable to their intended degree program.  The courses must be explicitly listed in the letter on the primary institution's letterhead, with a signature.
