FREE Yoga - Wednesdays from 12:00pm to 1:00pm and Thursdays from 11:30am to 12:30pm in the Gym (bldg. 17). Please enter through the back entrance and head upstairs to the classroom. Come with an open mind and leave with a sense of bliss! Earn 50 wellpoints for each class (maximum of 300 wellpoints for fitness classes can be earned per semester).

FREE Yoga Plus - Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:00pm to 6:00pm in the Library (Bldg. 8), Room 229. Offered through Pride In Wellness. This class incorporates a variety of the most popular yoga PLUS some Pilates movements: power yoga, vinyasa flow, restorative yoga, healthy back yoga, Pilates mat and standing. This class is designed to help you improve your flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, and reduce the impact of stress on your body. Earn 50 wellpoints for each class (maximum of 300 wellpoints for fitness classes can be earned per semester).

FREE Zumba - Tuesdays from 5:00pm to 6:00pm at the SCF Collegiate School (bldg. 19)Offered through Pride In Wellness. This is a fun, Latin-inspired calorie torching, fat-burning cardiovascular exercise class without complex choreographies. This class will enhance your balance and flexibility, increase your stamina and muscle tone, and help you lose weight all while having fun with friends. Ditch the workout, join the party! Earn 50 wellpoints for each class (maximum of 300 wellpoints for fitness classes can be earned per semester)

Blood Drive hosted by Suncoast Blood Bank - September 28th from 9:00am to 3:00pm between the Student Union (bldg. 14) and the Gym (bldg. 17). Find the Suncoast Blood Bus to donate blood and or plasma. Did you know you can help up to three people with one unit of blood? Earn 50 wellpoints for a successful donation.
