4. What if I forgot my username or password?

It is important to keep the mailer you have received, which contains your e-mail information. If you did not receive the mailer that listed your SCF e-mail address, it may be that your residential address is incorrect on your student record. To correct your primary address, you must go to Educational Records on either campus and complete the Change of Name/Address Form at http://scf.edu/pages/PDF/Registrar/AddressNameChangeForm.pdf. To obtain your student email address, you must go to Computer Services, Building 6 on the Bradenton campus and present in person a photo ID. You may also fax a request along with your signature and a copy of your photo ID to (941) 727-6378. Faxed requests must include your phone number.

E-mail in folders is counted toward the 20MB of storage space you are allocated for your mail. It is recommended that you save mail in folders sparingly. Attachments in e-mail take up the most space. You should save attachments to your hard drive, and delete the mail message. Save attachments by (1) clicking on the attachment hyperlink to open, and then using the Save As option in the File menu, or (2) right-clicking on the attachment hyperlink and choosing Save As.
