Q: Which network do I connect to?
A: SCF-Secure

Q: How do I connect?
A: You connect to SCF-Secure using your SCF username and password

Q: Can I connect my personal device (laptop, phone, tablet, etc) to SCF-Secure?
A: Yes

Q: How many devices can I connect to the wireless at one time?
A: You can have unlimited connections

Q: What Operating Systems are supported?
A: Windows 7 Service Pack 2 and later, Windows 10, Mac OS X

Q: What Operating Systems are not supported?
A: Windows XP, Windows 7 without Service Pack 2, Windows 8.1

Q: How do I connect if I’m running an unsupported Operating System?
A: You may connect to the open Guest Network.

Q: Will I need to log in again when I’m on another campus?
A: No. The wireless is the same on all 3 campuses, so you will remain connected at all 3 campuses.

Q: What if I previously registered my device and received a key?
A: Your key will still be valid and work until May 2018. After the key expires, you will connect to SCF-Secure and log in using your SCF username and password.

Q: Which network do I connect to?
A: SCF-Guest

Q: How do I connect?
A: Click on the SCF-Guest network and click ‘Connect’

Q: Do I need to log in?
A: No. The Guest network is an open network

Q: How long will I stay connected?
A: 24 hours

Q: How many devices can I connect to the wireless at one time?
A: You can have unlimited connections

Q: Are all Operating Systems supported?
A: Yes
