SCF Workforce Solutions Offers Workshop on Interpersonal Communication

(Bradenton, Fla., March 26, 2019) — State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota (SCF) is offering the two-day workshop “Breaking Thru the Communication Barriers,” in conjunction with Next Level Achievement and Evolve Business Consulting, 8:30 a.m. to noon Apr. 11 and Apr. 18 at SCF Lakewood Ranch, 7131 Professional Parkway E. Space is limited to 24 students.

The workshop will focus on sharing ideas and tools for communicating better with co-workers, clients and family members. Attendees will leave with a better understanding of different communication and personality styles, how different generations think and why, how to control the part emotions play in our communications, the three levels of listening, five steps for handling difficult conversations and more.

Larry Face, executive coach and leadership expert from Next Level Achievement, will facilitate. Registration is $275 per person or $235 per person at a group enrollment discount for 3 or more.
