SCF Hosts FCS Chancellor’s Leadership Seminar

(Bradenton, Fla., June 26, 2013) — State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota (SCF) will host the Florida College System Chancellor's Leadership Seminar held June 26-28 in the SCF Collegiate School, building 19.

Established in 2001, the Chancellor's Leadership Seminar (CLS) is a tradition to support and strengthen the Florida College System's home-grown talent. CLS is a professional development seminar designed to enhance participants' leadership skills and qualities. This year's seminar is hosted by Chancellor Randy Hanna and focused on faculty who may be interested in leadership positions within our colleges. Chancellor Hanna will lead the participants through a three-day leadership development journey in which they will hear from influential leaders, network with college presidents, and engage in meaningful peer interactions.

SCF President Dr. Carol F. Probstfeld will greet Chancellor Hanna and seminar participants during their meeting at SCFCS, an innovative public charter school.
