SCF Board Report: August 15, 2017

(Bradenton, Fla., Aug. 16, 2017) — State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota (SCF) District Board of Trustees held its regular monthly meeting August 15 at SCF Lakewood Ranch.

The board approved:

  • Nonfinancial and financial consent agenda items;
  • List of Pre-Qualified Contractors for general construction projects costing $50,000 to $1 million.
  • College-wide Wayfinding and Signage Fabrication and Installation, Phase I and II.

The meeting also was an organizational meeting to elect a chair and vice chair of SCF’s Board of Trustees. The Board elected, Rick Hager, as chair and Robert Wyatt, as vice chair for the fiscal year.

The next board meeting will be at 5 p.m. Sept. 26 at SCF Bradenton.
