SCF Offers Employee-Coaching Workshop for Business Leaders

(Bradenton, Fla., August 8, 2019) — State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota (SCF) is offering a two-day workshop in partnership with Next Level Achievement and Evolve Business Consulting titled “Mastering the Art of Coaching Your People,” Friday, Aug. 16 and Friday, Aug. 23, 8 a.m.-noon at SCF Lakewood Ranch, 7131 Professional Parkway E. Registration is $295 per person or $250 per person when registering a group of three or more.

Participants in this workshop will discover tools, techniques and tips to help maximize the professional growth and production of their employees. Some of the topics covered include helping others reach their potential by asking insightful questions, determining the difference between motivation and inspiration, and turning goal-setting into positive reinforcement.
