The book’s goal is to rescue one million entrepreneurs from the grind of traditional employment. There have been more businesses closed than startups opened for years, a trend that has continued at a rate Williams sees as America’s entrepreneurship crisis. “Boss Brain” provides a scientifically proven system to unlock the reader’s entrepreneurial instincts.

Williams’ own success in entrepreneurship and business development have positioned him well to guide others on the journey to self-employment. He has served as the top executive of international franchises, achieved remarkable business growth in ultra-competitive industries like health care and hospitality, and is currently president and CEO of FleetForce, the fastest growing truck driver training school in Florida. Last summer, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis appointed Williams to the state’s Commission for Independent Education.
