Art For Creative Growth - In this hands-on workshop, students will experiment in creating art in many different mediums utilizing sand paintings, sand trays, mandalas and spontaneous drawings. The class is open to anyone regardless of previous art training. This class offers a glimpse into the field of art therapy which can foster a sense of inner peace, wholeness and stress relief. This course introduces the concept of art therapy for those who may chose to pursue further study.

Introduction to Ikebana Part 1 - Learn and practice the ancient art of Japanese floral arranging through the Sogetsu School of Ikebana. Hands-on projects ensure that students understand the how and why of this amazing floral art. There are a total of four parts to this series culminating in a certificate of completion issued from Tokyo, Japan. Material fee of $50 included.
