Open Door Policy-Disability Resource Center

The Disability  Resource Center has an open-door policy and does not require an advance appointment to use the Center's facilities or resources. In fact, the Center encourages disabled individuals to use the accessible laboratory on a regular basis to study and complete course assignments.  

Student assistants are regularly available and can provide information to assist disabled students with most college-related activities and procedures.

However, the Center cannot guarantee the availability of advisors, equipment or resources.   Students are encouraged to call for an appointment or reserve needed resources if it is essential that they be available. Although all students are welcome, it is strongly advised for students to make an appointment especially for essential services.

For advisement purposes an appointment must be made.
