Improving Student Success

Degree Works is a web-based planning and audit tool for students and academic advisors to track degree/certificate progress and completion. Degree Works may be accessed under the Student Profile in MySCF. In addition to tracking real-time degree information, you and an advisor may lock in a degree plan for future courses, and the “What-If” feature is available to preview how a future course may or may not fit into your degree path. 

At this time, Degree Works is available for students pursuing degrees/certificates starting in the 2014-2015 academic catalog and forward. Students using older catalogs should use the CAPP degree audit system – which is also accessible under the Student Profile. 

Students are strongly encouraged to meet with an academic advisor throughout their college careers to ensure that they are on the most direct path towards degree/certificate completion. Associate in Arts (AA) students should make an appointment with an academic advisor. Students pursuing any program other than the AA should contact the academic department for guidance.
