Emotional Intelligence Workshop: To Act or React? That is the Question.

(Bradenton, Fla., February 1, 2024) — A workshop for building resilience and well-being and focusing on emotional intelligence will be offered 10 a.m. to Noon on Thursdays, Feb. 29, Mar. 7, and Mar. 14, at SCF Venice, 8000 S. Whether at work, school, home or all of the above, your actions or reactions will always have consequences. Navigating complex choices with emotional intelligence is a practiced skill. This workshop will focus on developing and applying the classical approach while emphasizing the value of self-awareness, empathy and effective communication skills.
