BRADENTON, FL (September 30, 2025) — State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota (SCF) Music Program invites the community to its October performances atSCF Bradenton, 5840 26th St. W. Tickets are $15 for general admission and $5 for SCF students and staff unless otherwise noted.

• “Romantic Era Stories” – 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 9, SCF Neel Performing Arts Center, Building 11 East.

Feel the rich emotions, melodies and stories of master music composers, Franz Liszt, Camille Saint-Saëns, and Antonín Dvořák, in their pieces performed by the SCF Bradenton Symphony Orchestra. 

• “Community Piano Recital” – 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 20, SCF Recital Hall, Building 11A.

Local piano students of all ages and levels play in this free showcase.

• “West Side Story” – 7:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 24; 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25; and 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 26, SCF Neel Performing Arts Center, Building 11 East. Tickets are $10 for students and staff.

The SCF Music Theatre Ensemble presents the classic Broadway tale of Tony and Maria.

• Dinner and a Show: 5:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 24. Buffet dinner in the Madam Presidents’ Courtyard, located between the SCF Neel Performing Arts Center, Building 11 East, and SCF Studio for the Performing Arts, Building 11A. Followed by the 7:30 p.m. show. $50 includes dinner and admission
• Brunch and a Show: Noon Sunday, Oct. 26. Buffet brunch in the Madam Presidents’ Courtyard, located between the SCF Neel Performing Arts Center, Building 11 East, and SCF Studio for the Performing Arts, Building 11A. Followed by the 2 p.m. show. $40 includes brunch and admission.

• “Tone and Terror” – 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30, SCF Recital Hall, Building 11A.

Face the shadowy textures, twisted tones and chilling visuals in this electroacoustic, multimedia production by the SCF Guitar Ensemble and SCF Music Production.
