SCF Offers Preparation for Securities Industry Careers in Collaboration with Solomon Exam Prep

(Bradenton, Fla., June 23, 2022) — State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota (SCF) is collaborating with Solomon Exam Prep to offer Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam preparation. Register online at SCF.edu/Training, and search for class number 14661. The SIE exam evaluates knowledge of the securities industry and is a requirement for many positions in the securities field, including stockbroker, financial advisor and investment banker.
The $199 registration fee purchases 180 days of self-paced study and more than 3,400 simulated questions. Lessons are taught various ways, including through an audiobook, online streaming, six hours of video instruction and flash cards. Participants are entitled to use up to 20 “ask the professor” inquiries for additional details or help.
