Become a Certified Personal Trainer with SCF Workforce Development and W.I.T.S.

(Bradenton, Fla., March 24, 2022) — State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota (SCF) is offering a hybrid personal training certification course with a blend of in-person and online sessions in partnership with the World Instructor Training Schools (W.I.T.S.) from March 29 to May 17. The class includes five online lectures on Tuesdays, March 29-April 16, 6:30-9:30 p.m., and five in-person sessions at a local Manatee County fitness center on Saturdays, April 2-April 30, 3-6 p.m. Final exams will be held Saturday, May 14 and Tuesday, May 17. Online registration is available at SCF.edu/Training.
Instruction in the course is provided by W.I.T.S. Participants can expect practical hands-on experience during the course and access to a national pool of employment opportunities upon completion. The fee for the course and certification exam is $849, not including the required textbook.
