Whether you’re just getting started or halfway through your program, College & Career Success Coaches are here to support your journey from enrollment to career exploration. Our mission is simple: help students navigate college with clarity, confidence, and a clear path forward.

Coaches work 1-on-1 with current students to develop academic plans that align with career goals. From course selection and time management to identifying transfer opportunities or preparing for the workforce—this is personalized support that adapts to your needs.

But their help doesn’t stop at academics.

College & Career Success Coaches also serve as a direct connection to SCF’s support network: tutoring, financial aid, student wellness, accessibility services, and more. If you’re unsure where to go for help, start here.
