(Bradenton, Fla., March 26, 2024) — The State College of Florida Foundation is delighted to announce its largest annual fundraising event, “Evening Under the Stars: The British Are Coming!” which will take place on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at the scenic SCF Venice Campus. 

This open-air outdoor event promises an evening of entertainment and philanthropy, set against the backdrop of the beautiful Venice Campus. Guests will be transported to a world of British charm and elegance, concluding with a breathtaking fireworks finale.

Through the power of music and education, we are creating a brighter future for our students and our community. Venue: SCF Venice Campus, 8000 Tamiami Trail S, Venice, FL 34293

General Admission Opens: 4:00 p.m. 

VIP Check-In & Cocktail Hour: 5:30 p.m. 

Program & Concert Begins: 7:00 p.m. 

In addition to the music and fireworks, guests can partake in a silent auction, chance drawing and a rousing paddle raise, offering a selection of unique items and experiences. This spirited fundraising activity allows guests to contribute directly to the SCF Foundation’s mission of supporting education, student scholarships, and academic programming at the State College of Florida. 

VIP Admission  

For those seeking an elevated experience, the VIP seating and sponsorship opportunities allow you to indulge in reserved tables and a delectable meal provided by Fins at Sharky’s. As a VIP guest, you’ll be treated to a cocktail hour with an open bar and appetizers. Enjoy the event’s enchantment from a prime vantage point of the Pops Orchestra & the spectacular firework finale, ensuring you feel like true British aristocracy. The dress code is Brit-Chic: Cocktail casual attire with a British twist.

General admission check-in and seating opens at 4 p.m.; note the Pop’s Orchestra Concert will start closer to sunset.
