State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota (SCF) District Board of Trustees held its regular monthly meeting on Mar. 31.

The board heard presentations on:

• President’s Report – Tommy Gregory, J.D., president, SCF.
• Mission Moment –SCF Physical Therapy Assistant Program – April Tardiff, Professor, SCF.
• SCF Foundation Update – Cassandra Holmes, vice president of advancement and executive director, SCF Foundation and Ingrid Medina Roman, Nursing Instructional Faculty, SCF.
• CFO Report – Jennifer Price, vice president of finance and administrative services/CFO.
• SCF Parrish Update – Chris Wellman, vice president of operations and building official, SCF.

The board approved:

• Nonfinancial and financial consent agenda items.
• SCF 2026-27 Course Fee Schedule.
• A budget of $250,000 for nursing auditorium and classroom technology upgrades at SCF Lakewood Ranch.
• A budget of $300,000 for phase 1 uninterruptible power supply replacements collegewide.

The next board meeting is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Apr. 28 at SCF Bradenton.
