SCF Board of Trustees Report: May 26, 2026

State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota (SCF) District Board of Trustees held its regular monthly meeting on May 26.

The board heard presentations on:

President’s Report – Tommy Gregory, J.D., president, SCF.
SCF 2026-2031 Strategic Plan, Dr. Ryan Hale, vice president, institutional effectiveness.
CFO Report – Jennifer Price, vice president of finance and administrative services/CFO.
SCF Foundation Update – Cassandra Holmes, vice president of advancement and executive director, SCF Foundation.

The board approved:

Nonfinancial and financial consent agenda items.
SCF 2026-2027 Salary Schedule.
SCF 5-Year Educational Plan Survey and College Master Plan.
FY2028 – FY2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
Negotiations with vendors for Intent to Negotiate (ITN) 2026-04 Campus Security for SCF Bradenton, Venice and Lakewood Ranch.

The next board meeting is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. June 30 at SCF Bradenton.
