Refunds are typically processed after the add/drop period, and the timing depends on your BankMobile refund preference.
Things like application, testing, ID replacement, transcript, and late fees are nonrefundable.
You must drop the course before 11:59 p.m. on the last day of registration. Dropping after that means you’re in the withdrawal period, and standard refunds don’t apply.
If you were hospitalized for 5 or more consecutive days, you can submit a fee waiver request with medical documentation to repeat the course.
