Overview

Art History at SCF explores visual culture from ancient civilizations to contemporary works. Students learn to analyze artistic styles, understand historical context and interpret meaning across diverse cultures and time periods.

This discipline strengthens visual literacy and critical thinking while supporting transfer into art history, fine arts and related fields.
