SOCIAL AND BEHAVIORAL SCIENCES MISSION STATEMENT

The Social and Behavioral Sciences Department seeks to immerse the student in a socially conscious exploration of humanity which makes accessible the study of a full range of topics in Social Science in class environments which promote the successful understanding of the relationship between society, identity, and social institutions and the exploration of role of individuals in educational, historical, geographical, legal, political, and psychological contexts.
